 The plan was to finish up these dolls intros before I added anymore new dolls to the collection, but that's not how it worked out. I asked for a AG outfit for my birthday, but didn't want to ask for a doll because I didn't want anyone spending that much money on me.  I got Quinnie from my cousin for Christmas. She was one of her dolls and I was so happy to finally have a Marie-Grace doll! Quinnie is a huge true crime junkie. She loves learning about true crime and trying to help move unsolved cases along. She wants to be a forensic scientists. She grew up in New York in a small apartment with her dads, Amos and Daniel. She has Gastroesophageal reflux disease that caused scarring of her esophagus, which in turn caused a narrow esophagus. The narrow esophagus caused Esophageal dysphagia, she now eats her meals through a nasogastric tube. Quinnie is a cis woman and is currently questioning her sexuality. She has two dogs, Yarrow and Basil. She doesn't live in the BBD house. Any quinnie questions? Ask away!

 I got a Corinne doll with the painted eyelashes removed off a fellow AGIGer specifically to make into Nathan. Nathan was not supposed to be a doll,. His name is Nathan because I just randomly went through names on The Sims 4 and ended up on Nathan and kept it. Once he became a character I could not stop thinking about him. There's tons of other characters in my doll's world that are not and will never be dolls. Creating secondary characters for my doll's stories is a normal thing for me to do and I haven't ever made a doll off of one till now. Nathan was Kamden's best friend growing up. First story I post will be about Nathan and Kamden, so be on the lookout for that! Nathan has dyscalculia, so he and numbers don't get along. He's an only child and loves telling jokes.  For my 21st birthday I asked to go to the AG store in DC. I hadn't been to an AGP since 2022 (Fun fact I hit 1k followers on instagram while I was in AGP Nashville) and hadn't been to AGP DC since 2018 when I got Emmi. I knew who I was going in to the store to buy, TM 127, Wren's older sister. So of course I brought Wren with me. Lark is my dog nerd. She grew up training the family dog, a bully mix named Boulder. She got him lots of titles and ribbons. Once Boulder retired from tricks and sports, she focused on getting titles for her self.  She’s now fully certified and has tons of classes and experience under her belt. She just recently got a young border collie who she’s training to be an agility dog and show dog. She’s excited to see where life takes both her and her dog. Lark is a huge marvel fan as well.  Doll # 29 is technically not mine, she’s my sister’s. But since our dolls have always existed in the same universe I consider her a part of my collection. I can’t do Bunni’s character justice, so here’s my sister: After giving Meg all my dolls, I had missed owning my own American Girl Doll. Since the last time I had a doll, American Girl has added many different dolls, and different accessories, and different looks. We visited the American Girl store, I was looking at Truly Me #120, because of her colored hair, when Meg showed me #118, and I fell in love. Bunni got her name from my love of bunnies. Bunni is deaf in her right ear. She works at an animal shelter, specifically with the bunnies. Bunni is a cis woman, and is unsure about her sexuality. She owns two bunnies, Tiny and Beans, and is fostering one named Roomba. Bunni lives next door to the BBD house. 

 I went to a local children's flea market type thing specifically looking for dolls and doll things. I might have made my dad think it was a normal flea market and he was surprised when it was just kids things. I saw that they had a couple Wellie Wishers on their facebook posts so I was hoping by the time I went they still had either Willa or Camille. Lucky for me they still had the Camille doll I saw the facebook post.  I thought about turning Camille into a younger Echo but ultimately decided that she should be Echo's younger sister. She was named after Echo's name when she was in my sister's collection. I figured it was a cool nod to the past. Lilly loves all bright, vivid colors. She's a huge fan of clowns , rainbows, lisa frank, sparkles, and sprinkles. When she was little Venus taught her how to make rainbow loom bracelets and she hasn't stopped since.  I got Peigi a couple days after christmas. I was meeting up with one of my friends and she had a ton of AG stuff. She knew I'm very much into Ag so she asked if I wanted to buy her collection from her, and of course I did. Main big things I got from this lot was Felicity, Felicity's bed, Molly's Chrome Table and Chairs, and tons of outfits and accessories.Truly a huge score and I'm so glad my friend thought of me when she was selling her stuff. Of course right after coming up with her character I got smacked down by COVID, so she sat on my bed with me and we watched movies together while I recovered.  Peigi loves historical outfits, she's a history buff. She loves skirts and dresses, rarely ever wearing pants. Her family is from Scotland, and they currently live their now. When they decided to move back to Scotland, Peigi figured she would stay in the states. She rides at Saige's barn, so the two know each other. She needed a place to live and knew Saige had op...

 One of my friends on AGIG gifted me their rewards that they weren't able to use in time. I'd been wanting Truly Me 89 since she released, and she was on sale at the time, so of course I had to buy her. My dad held her captive till christmas though, I was very disappointed that I had to wait for her despite buying her myself. Christmas morning I saw the doll shaped box and sarcastically said "Wow I have no clue what could be in here!"  Nora was named after the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, I didn't want to name her Noaa/Noah, so I squinted at the NOAA logo and decided that the first A could be seen as a R, so her name is Nora. Nora is obsessed with weather. She especially finds comfort in thunderstorms, which is quite odd for her considering she had horrible storm anxiety as a child. So much so that her parents even blocked the Weather Channel from their cable TV. Over the years she's had a complete 180 in how she watches the weather channel...

Rashmi was the other half of my Benefit Sale purchase. She's my first and so far only Sonali mold. I held off on coming up with her character until she shipped. I went back and forth on her being a cozy, autumn time, chai tea type of girl and what she ended up being. The first just sounded too much like Odalia to be a whole new character. Rashmi's brain stores tons and tons of animal facts. Animals are her special interest. She's always had tons of pets and knows how to care for even more types of animals than she's owned. Currently she has two syrian hamsters, named Sunny and Flower, a bearded dragon named Clementine, and her service dog Giallo, Gia for short. She wants to be an animal educator and teach people about all types of animals.  Rashmi is a cis woman and is currently questioning her sexuality. She is also autistic. I came up with Kamden's character summer of 2019 but wasn't able to actually add him to my collection till 2022. The more time I spent with kailani the more I knew she had to have a brother, a twin brother. I got Kamden from my first and last AG benefit sale, as the sale was held completely in person the following year which was their last. I'm so glad I was able to get him, he means so much to me, especially right now as we ramp up for baseball season. August 2019 I dipped my toe back into baseball, going to a game for the first time in quite a while, probably 5 or more years. That's also when I came up with Kamden's character, not at that game specifically but around that time.  Kamden is a huge baseball fan, a Baltimore Orioles fan specifically. His dad spent a large part of his childhood in Baltimore Maryland, a few blocks down from the ballpark, so naturally he became a huge O's fan. My cousin's first doll was Josefina. She got her at the same time I got Saige and my sister got Julie. She got lost in a move, stuck in a box somewhere for probably almost 10 years. Eventually their family moved again and she was reunited with her Josefina doll. She knows I love AG dolls so she offered to send her to me. The Josefina doll ended up arriving just at the start of Shark Week so I knew that this doll had to be a marine biologist. Thus, Delora became a thing. Delora loves sharks. She wants to protect them, save them, learn about them, and most importantly educate people about them so they aren't so scared of sharks. Even her name has to do with the ocean, Delora means 'from the seashore.' Her last name is Noceda after Luz Noceda from The Owl House as it was an important show to both me and my cousin.  Maisie started out as my sister's Tenney doll named Georgia. Not going to lie I completely forgot she started as both a tenney doll and my sister's. I can not tell you when or how my sister got Tenney. The base doll sat in my basement for a bit waiting for a spark of inspiration, as I didn't want two Tenney dolls, one was enough for me. Eventually one summer's afternoon that inspiration struck and Maisie was created. I covered the doll in tons of blush and freckles, and used a Blaire wig. Maisie bounces around from wig to wig, changing her hair color whenever she gets tired of it. Currently she's got a black and teal Corinne wig. Maisie is Saige's younger, but not youngest, sister. I scrapped the original idea as to why Maisie came to live at the Blog By Doll house, so that's still up in the air. Since I didn't plan on making Maisie I didn't have any name ideas for her, so I went to instagram and asked my followers to name her and y'all came up ...

 I received my 20th doll for my 19th birthday from my nana. I immediately thought "Oh I should've waited a year and gotten my 20th doll for my 20th birthday!" but I'm so glad I didn't. Little did I know that the World By Us line would be quickly retired and Evette would sell out. I also thought, "Oh well I'll just get my 21st doll for my 21st birthday!" Oh how wrong I was, I ended up getting my 28th doll for my 21st birthday.  I loosely based Wren's character on Evette, well what I knew about Evette. I have to admit I didn't read her book till this year. I wish I read the WBU books sooner, maybe something could've been done to save the line, as it was incredible and I'm so sad that it was retired. Wren is incredibly eco conscious. She picks up any trash she sees. Reduces, reuses and recycles whenever she can. She's a thrifting queen, is at local thrift shops weekly, all the employees recognize her.  January of 2022 I had just lost my mom to cancer and needed a pick me up to help get me through the rough patch. So I decided to use my christmas money to buy and customize a doll. The original plan was a Marie-Grace base with Felicity's electric green eyes, freckles, and brown hair. Venus ended up being a Blaire Wilson base with custom eyes, freckles, and thick wavy black hair, and I can't imagine her any other way. Link to my channel and all of my socials are in the "My Socials" page of this website.  Back to Venus, the eyes that I received ended up being blemished, the pupils somehow got scratched and in some spots are a metallic silver from the base mechanics of the eyes. The seller was more than happy to send me a replacement pair free of charge, but I ended up keeping the defective eyes in Venus as I also have defective eyes. She very quickly became an extremely special doll. She b...

 I was lucky enough to get the 35th Anniversary Edition Addy Walker as a high school graduation present from my nana. I had always wanted a pre beforever Addy as I prefer her lined eyebrows to the feathered ones. So when AG released the 35th ann. edition I immediately asked for her for my graduation, and was incredibly blessed to be able to open her up at my graduation party! After everyone left my cousin and I went outside and took pictures of her, I fell in love with her the instant she sparked to life in front of my camera. As I do with most of my dolls I renamed her. Her first name was Juniper, it felt super fitting as the juniper berries were just starting to come into season when I got her. Eventually we ended up taking on a rabbit with that name and it just fir her too well to rename her, so I renamed my doll instead. Juniper the doll became Odalia. Odalia is a bookworm. She loves reading all types of books and even works at the local library as a library page, putting away ...

 I got Florence for my 18th birthday from my nana. Florence had been a character in my doll world for months, so I was so excited to receive her for my birthday!  Florence is my cottagecore girlie. She loves mushrooms, cows, strawberries, strawberry cows. Her dream is to own a huge homestead farm, live off the land and care for it. She currently has a miniature cow, a couple goats, and some sheep. She grew up in the suburbs, not far enough away from the city to have enough to be able to own all the livestock she wished to. Now that she's at the Blog By Doll house, she keeps her farm animals at the barn that Saige's horses are at. Florence is a cisgender woman and is polysexual (preference towards enbies and women).  Henri was my sister's last doll, she got him for her birthday in 2018. She named him Travis for some reason. When I got him I immitedly changed his name to Kenji because I could not have a doll named Travis. A couple years later I realized his name just didn't stick so I changed it yet again to Henri. This poor guy has been through the most name changes of any of my dolls. In my sister's collection he was Z and Ivy's brother, and that still stands today. If you read Emmi's Spotlight then you'll know I went to AGP DC planning on getting Truly Me 75 but Emmi (TM 66) captured my heart instead, so I lived vicariously through my sister until I got him from her. Henri is obsessed with coffee. He wants to own a coffee shop one day. He practically lives in black turtlenecks. The face of Blog By Dolls. Hard to imagine I've doubled the amount of dolls I have since I got her. Echo was originally my sister's third doll named Lillian Albright, I think she was Julie's sister or maybe cousin. My sister's Truly Me 22 wasn't a doll I was necessarily excited for when I got her collection, but oh my god has Echo changed my life. I don't even know where to begin with how much Echo means to me, they're my heart doll. Echo has Stickler Syndrome (SS) a connective tissue disorder. Their knees aren't super stable, so they use either forearm crutches or their wheelchair to get around. She also has Inappropriate Sinus Tachycardia (IST) which is a comorbidity of SS. They have a cardiac alert service dog named Myotis aka Otis aka Oatie aka Oatie McGoatie. Echo also has three tree frogs named Hop, Bop, and Bob. They are a proud plant parent and take care of a ton of plants. Echo identifies as nonbinary and trixic. She is dating Venus.

 Julie was my sister's first doll, I got her when I purchased my sister's collection in early 2019. Unlike most of my dolls, Julie kept her AG character's name, both first and last. The only other two who kept their full names are Saige and Tenney.  Julie is a fibre artist, knitting and crocheting lots of things. Most of the BBD dolls have a piece of clothing made by her. She recently started selling at the local farmers market.  Julie identifies a cis woman and sapphic. She has an apricot poodle named Sunshine. Julie lives next door to the BBD house. 

 Another one who started as my sister's doll, she got Z when I got Emmi. Eventually I "bought" her dolls from her, she was tired of just giving them to me so I gave her 50 bucks for 4 dolls. Grace and Ivy were already well integrated into my collection that she didn't make me pay for them. When she entered my sister's collection she made her Ivy's sister, and now that Z's in my collection that's stayed true. Zabie "runs" the youtube and tiktok accounts. She's a photographer and videographer. Growing up her and Ivy would make videos of Ivy's AG dolls.  Zabie identifies as a cis woman and sapphic. She is dating Emmi. She has a dalmatian named Popcorn.
