Doll Spotlight: Doll #5 Logan Crossland

On the same trip to AGP DC towards the end I counted up what it would cost me to purchase the things I had and figured out that I had just enough left over for another doll. So of course since I got Tenney, I had to get Logan.

Logan had technically been a character in my doll world for a bit before it leaked that AG was even maybe producing a boy doll. I can't remember when or even why he showed up, but his original name was Nick. Logan, and by association his family, was my first doll with lore. It's so deep and even magical that I've never shared it before. The Crossland's lore is so extensive that they have their own folder in my doll lore section. Long story short Logan's family is Santa Claus. Think "Arthur Christmas" in terms of how the Santa Claus name and job is passed down through generations. Very few are aware of this, obviously Logan and his sister Estella, also their significant others; Saige and Florence respectively, and Saige's sister Maisie. A couple times a year Logan travels back home, canonically in Greenland, to check up on things. He always goes up a few weeks before christmas to get things done, usually bringing Estella, Florence, Saige, and Maisie along with him. The Crossland have magical abilities, along of course with the magical reindeer. Logan’s reindeer is Comet (blonde bull), Estella’s was Blitz (dark down cow), Estella’s new reindeer is Vixen (red cow), Saige’s is Gazelle (fawn cow), and Florence’s is Everest (white cow). There are also more including Logan's uncle's Nick and Robert, Nick’s is Fred (gray bull), and Robert’s is Cinders (tan cow). The Crossland's lore is wild and very deep, this is barely scratching the surface.

Logan identifies as cisgender and straight. He is dating Saige. I kept the doll's first name, despite it being different from the preexisting character's. I changed his last name though, as I do with most of my dolls to separate them from the AG characters.   I chose Crossland because I had linked christmas-> Jesus -> cross, so it made sense at the time. I kinda regret it now not going to lie, but I can't change it now. I'm sure you have questions surrounding Logan's character and lore, so feel free to ask away.
