Spotlight: Doll #11- Grace Emory

Grace was originally my sister's doll, I can't remember how she got Grace or even how Grace ended up in my collection. I know based on instagram memories that my sister took Grace back at some point but I asked her about this and neither of us remember this happening. It feels like Grace has kinda always been there, even though I know she hasn't been. Grace and Kailani were my first queer doll couple, a decision that would change the trajectory of my AG collection for the better. 

Grace is a firefighter, working at the local fire department down the street from the BBD house. I actually don't have a backstory for how Grace and Kailani met and started dating, I should work on that though. Grace loves the beach, her whole family has beach vibes. Her childhood home, a blue suburban house, decorated to the nines in nautical beachy decor. 

Grace identifies as a cis woman and a lesbian. She's dating Kailani. The two have a pair of pups, a lab mix named Daffodil and a french bulldog named Petunia. Let me know what else you'd like to know about her!

Spotlight: Doll #32- Yasmine Williams

 The plan was to finish up these dolls intros before I added anymore new dolls to the collection, but that's not how it worked out. I asked for a AG outfit for my birthday, but didn't want to ask for a doll because I didn't want anyone spending that much money on me. But my Nana ended up giving me a 125 dollar AG gift card so I used it to get Makena. Her unboxing video is up on my youtube! All my links are on my Socials page here on the blog. Yasmine is a fashionista. She loves styling and posting her ootd. She hopes to become a fashion designer. She grew up a few houses down from Wren and Lark. Yasmine is loosely based off both the Makena character from AG and also one of my best friends growing up. Yasmine loves bright bold colors, lime green being her current fav. but her favorite color switches up often.  Yasmine is a cis woman and being my newest doll I haven't settled on what her sexuality is, I'm thinking pan maybe? Spotlight: Doll #31- Quinnie Blum

 I got Quinnie from my cousin for Christmas. She was one of her dolls and I was so happy to finally have a Marie-Grace doll! Quinnie is a huge true crime junkie. She loves learning about true crime and trying to help move unsolved cases along. She wants to be a forensic scientists. She grew up in New York in a small apartment with her dads, Amos and Daniel. She has Gastroesophageal reflux disease that caused scarring of her esophagus, which in turn caused a narrow esophagus. The narrow esophagus caused Esophageal dysphagia, she now eats her meals through a nasogastric tube. Quinnie is a cis woman and is currently questioning her sexuality. She has two dogs, Yarrow and Basil. She doesn't live in the BBD house. Any quinnie questions? Ask away!
