Spotlight: Doll #12- Berlyn Fleck

The base doll I used for Berlyn was my best friend's childhood Julie doll. At one point during a sleepover someone threw Julie at a lamp and broke a lightbulb bc they were scared of dolls. Years later i was like "Hey can I have your Julie doll?" and she gave her to me. originally I had customized her into Sanya, but I recustomized Sanya into Berlyn. I love Berlyn so much more than I liked Sanya which is kinda sad because Sanya was my first custom doll. Now I consider Carson to be my first custom.

Berlyn is my Disney nerd, a huge fan of the Frozen franchise and The Lion King franchise. He loves watching movies in general, even has a popcorn machine in his and Carson's room next to their TV. 

Berlyn identifies as a demiboy, asexual, and aromantic. They're a bit of a loner but hangs out with "The Bois" quite often. Berlyn is roommates with Carson, the two having weekly movie nights chilling on their couch.

Spotlight: Doll #32- Yasmine Williams

 The plan was to finish up these dolls intros before I added anymore new dolls to the collection, but that's not how it worked out. I asked for a AG outfit for my birthday, but didn't want to ask for a doll because I didn't want anyone spending that much money on me. But my Nana ended up giving me a 125 dollar AG gift card so I used it to get Makena. Her unboxing video is up on my youtube! All my links are on my Socials page here on the blog. Yasmine is a fashionista. She loves styling and posting her ootd. She hopes to become a fashion designer. She grew up a few houses down from Wren and Lark. Yasmine is loosely based off both the Makena character from AG and also one of my best friends growing up. Yasmine loves bright bold colors, lime green being her current fav. but her favorite color switches up often.  Yasmine is a cis woman and being my newest doll I haven't settled on what her sexuality is, I'm thinking pan maybe? Spotlight: Doll #31- Quinnie Blum

 I got Quinnie from my cousin for Christmas. She was one of her dolls and I was so happy to finally have a Marie-Grace doll! Quinnie is a huge true crime junkie. She loves learning about true crime and trying to help move unsolved cases along. She wants to be a forensic scientists. She grew up in New York in a small apartment with her dads, Amos and Daniel. She has Gastroesophageal reflux disease that caused scarring of her esophagus, which in turn caused a narrow esophagus. The narrow esophagus caused Esophageal dysphagia, she now eats her meals through a nasogastric tube. Quinnie is a cis woman and is currently questioning her sexuality. She has two dogs, Yarrow and Basil. She doesn't live in the BBD house. Any quinnie questions? Ask away!
